🎄The holiday season can be so wonderful... it can also be particularly hard for some, and with the pandemic this may be even more amplified. 🥺

✨It’s ok to sit with those feelings to allow space and acknowledge the sadness, grief, frustration, etc. I also want to challenge you to find moments of joy or comfort, even if it’s small. Honor all of those genuine feelings coming up for you. Unconditional self-love + acceptance can be such a powerful thing!🧠♥️
