Let’s face it-therapy still has a stigma associated with it...the whole: “you must be crazy if you’re in therapy.” 😭
But in my experience, those who seek therapy are truly courageous & conscientious people who are willing to ask for help. 👏🏻 🙋🏻♀️ 🏻🏻♀️
