It is so easy to fall into a lethargic mood each day as we wait around to get back to our normal “busy” lifestyles.
The pandemic has caused a massive shake-up in many of our regular routines and health habits.
Also for some parents who are at home with their kids all day, it may be difficult to stay motivated and even take the time for themselves to re-charge. ⚡️
But it doesn’t take much to recharge-even a 15 minute walk outside can be so helpful, and provide a great re-set of the mind and body. Today I chose a 20 minute bike-ride in nature to re-charge. It completely boosted my mood! Can’t wait to get this weekend started.
