A recent survey from the American Psychological Association found that 68% of adults say the election is a significant source of stress in their life. The stakes feel enormously high, which is why people's emotions are running high too! 🤯 The election, the global pandemic and social unrest are all adding to a sense of uncertainty in our lives. Avoid dwelling on things you can’t control, and focus on things you can control (like voting!)
