OK, you know the annoyances arenโ€™t going away. So maybe itโ€™s time to work on building more patience.

Here I am โ€œpatientlyโ€ waiting for my Philz coffee order. ๏ธ

In recent years shifts, particularly with technology, have primed us to expect immediate gratification. Our expectations go up and then our level of patience goes down. โฌ‡๏ธ

Be in the present moment, without judging. Simply sit quietly and notice your breath.

Practice accepting your current circumstances.

Actively build a tolerance for being a bit uncomfortable. For example try to start controlling your urges to check your phone as often as you typically do.

No one says increasing your patience is easy. But, with daily practice, you may find you're more calm & less frazzled. ๐Ÿง

Tell me your ideas-what helps you when youโ€™re feeling impatient?
