The election, the global pandemic and social unrest are all adding to a sense of uncertainty in our lives. Avoid dwelling on things you can’t control, and focus on things you can control (like voting!)
Those looking to reduce election stress should:
🔹Accept we may not know the election outcome right away
🔹Limit social media and news consumption
🔹Make plans to do something relaxing while we wait
🔹Get active and move your body
🔹Make sleep a priority
