Dr. Sheava brings over 20 years of experience in educational and psychological services, with deep expertise in ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, and neurodivergent supports. She is knowledgeable in IDEA, ADA, Section 504, and accommodation processes across K–12, private schools, as well as higher education.

Her consultation services focus on supporting universities, clinics, and educational organizations in developing effective, evidence-based programs for neurodivergent learners. This includes designing assessment protocols, optimizing workflows, building training materials, and guiding staff, supervisors, and clinical teams in best practices.

She also provides individualized consultation for adolescents, college students, and graduate students to help them understand their learning profiles and navigate accommodations within higher-education settings.
