What Stories Do You Tell Your Brain?

You may not have noticed, but did you know there’s a stream of chatter in your head?


We all have “stories” we tell ourselves about ourselves... not only is that voice NOT you, but it’s also NOT speaking the truth. These false “stories” can undermine your potential & happiness. 🤷🏻‍♀️


Take the time to really get to know yourself. Identify the triggers, your stories, and what lifts you up. Please know that it’s the small things you do with courage while being consistent, that will allow you to lead a more fulfilled life.


I find that with the help of a mental health professional, you can have support in breaking these “stories” down while also allowing an opportunity for healing and growth. 🧠
